Kyle Gillespie

Hello, my name is Kyle Gillespie, and I am a proud Houston resident. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and began my career in the Houston Metro Area in 1992, specializing in residential property appraisals. By 1998, I expanded my focus to include commercial properties, particularly industrial and retail spaces.

After 17 years of experience in commercial appraisal, I made a strategic shift in 2015, transitioning into commercial real estate sales. In 2019, I was honored to achieve the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, a mark of excellence in commercial real estate.

In 2025, I founded my own firm, Kyle Gillespie Real Estate, with a primary focus on industrial and retail properties. While I specialize in these sectors, I have a broad understanding of various commercial property types. With my extensive experience in property appraisal, I also offer commercial BPOs (Broker Price Opinions), which are invaluable for owner/users, investors, and lenders.
